For the 2013/2014 academic year, we awarded four $1,000 scholarships to four deserving ladies!

Are you interested in applying for the scholarship next year?

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, STUDENTS MUST BE:

Current or previous orthodontic patients of Dr. Tony Skanchy.

High School Seniors or have graduated from High School and plan on attending one of the qualified schools.  Students currently enrolled in college are also eligible to apply.

Applicant has not been a previous recipient of a Dr. Tony Skanchy Scholarship Award.

The scholarship may be used at a UTAH public college or university in the Utah System of Higher Education, as well as Brigham Young University, LDS Business College and Westminster College.

Hand-deliver the completed Scholarship Application information to the office of Dr. Tony Skanchy at 10220 South 1300 East Sandy Utah. 

Scholarship Finalists will receive a personal interview.  You will be notified of the time and location for this interview.
