New Summer Contest!

There are 2 parts to this contest: You must complete both to be
considered eligible for the drawing.
1. Online Scavenger Hunt: Find the questions in the contest section of our
website. (Most of the answers to our scavenger hunt section can be found
throughout our website or in our office)
2. Photo Contest: Submit a picture of you with your Dr. Skanchy Frisbee which
can be picked up in June at our office. Limit 1 frisbee per patient.
1st place: An I-PAD
3 runners up will get $25.00 Itunes gift cards.
Note:
*You must be a current patient (either undergoing full treatment, Phase 1 or
Phase 2) to be eligible.
*Please also note that by submitting a picture to Alta View Orthodontics, you are
giving us permission to post these pictures and/or utilize them for marketing
purposes.
Pictures must be appropriate for all audiences. Be creative with your photos.
Answers to the scavenger hunt questions and pictures are due by August 31st.
You can mail your answers and photos to our office or bring them with you to your
appointment.
Drawing will be held the day after Labor Day.
